The Client is representing a community in Oklahoma City "The North End at Jamestown". Currently, under development, the neighborhood consists of modern townhomes nestled in an exclusive area with private courtyards and an upscale feel. The Client required a series of cohesive marketing materials for print and web to introduce the community to prospective clientele and industry peers. Materials utilized the illustrative elevation that had been created for the property, complimented by a soft cream, blue and green palette.
POSTCARDS & FLYERS
An integral part of the Davis Team marketing plan includes frequent, directed mailout postcard campaigns targeting past and potential clients, celebrating holidays and milestones, advertising available listings, highlighting sold properties, as well as outreach to potential clients in communities where the team enjoys an experienced and respected reputation and vast market knowledge. Flyers are often required to showcase the features and photos of an available property or community or upcoming event such as a Brokers Open. Marketing materials are designed in a variety of styles designed to suit the occasion - whether fun and playful for holidays or crisp and modern testimonials of their decades of experience, every piece is created to be eye-catching and unique.
